What your role will be
Using your lifecycle management and CRM expertise, you will plan, build and manage high-performing messaging campaigns across multiple channels (email, push), including audience selection, trigger qualification, segmentation, setup, send out and campaign analysis
Together with the team, you will identify opportunities to drive product adoption, engagement, and retention, as well as cross- and up-sell behaviour
You will own the campaign creation process with relevant departments and be the point of contact for campaign stakeholders
You will carefully monitor individual campaign performance, adjusting and adapting as needed and collecting insights to optimise future campaign activity (A/B testing)
Using your segmentation tactics knowledge, you will develop target groups and communication concepts for individual sales pitches using marketing automation
Together with relevant stakeholders, you will compile, consolidate, and systematically maintain customer data
You will support other departments with the definition of requirements and functionality needed to further develop our CRM strategies
You will provide junior team members with support and expertise in the execution of lifecycle and CRM programs
