Marketing Manager (d/f/m)

What your role will be

Campaign Ideation and Execution: Design and manage cross-channel campaigns (digital ads, content marketing, email, etc.) that align with Timeless’s brand vision and drive user engagement.
Performance Marketing: Manage paid media efforts, optimize performance metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and customer acquisition efficiency across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
CRM Strategy: Build and execute CRM initiatives to deepen relationships with customers. Use data-driven insights to create targeted, personalized communications through email marketing, automated workflows, and loyalty programs.
Monitoring & Analytics: Measure and analyze marketing performance, leveraging KPIs and customer behavior insights to refine strategies. Ensure effective data tracking and reporting across all marketing channels.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner closely with product, sales, and tech teams to ensure alignment on branding, feature updates, and customer communication. Act as a brand steward to maintain consistency and effectiveness in all touchpoints.
Hands-On Management: Oversee day-to-day tasks such as content development and asset management. Support junior marketing team members, ensuring that all initiatives align with company objectives.

What we want to see in you

Experience: 3+ years in marketing with a focus on performance marketing, CRM, or brand strategy, ideally within fintech or high-growth tech environments.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and ad management platforms.
Creative & Analytical Mindset: Capable of turning data insights into actionable strategies, paired with the creativity to ideate compelling brand narratives.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Advanced marketing or analytics certifications are a plus.
Soft Skills: Excellent communicator with strong project management abilities; team player comfortable collaborating across departments.
