What your role will be
As an Asset Manager – Art & Collectibles at Timeless, you will play a key role in growing our out-of-the-ordinary asset portfolio with a strong focus on Art. Instead of traditional assets like stocks or bonds, you will identify and bring exceptional artworks to our platform by leveraging and expanding our network of galleries, dealers, auction houses, advisors, and collectors.
You will actively develop the art category by sourcing compelling opportunities, building new partnerships, and helping shape the strategic direction of the category. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong ownership, who enjoys combining analytical thinking with commercial intuition. You should be passionate about the art market, curious about emerging trends, and comfortable working with market insights to identify attractive opportunities.

Your responsibilities
- Source high-quality artworks and investment-relevant opportunities for the Timeless platform
- Build, manage, and expand relationships with galleries, dealers, auction houses, collectors, and other market participants
- Evaluate sourcing opportunities based on quality, provenance, pricing, market attractiveness, and liquidity potential
- Drive the strategic development of the art category and help define focus areas and pipeline priorities
- Negotiate commercial terms and secure attractive sourcing opportunities Monitor market developments, artist trends, transaction activity, and pricing dynamics
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across analytics, operations, and portfolio management
- Support the preparation of investment cases, valuation input, and internal decision-making materials
- Ensure a professional and scalable sourcing process with proper documentation and transparency
